Any cancellations within 24 hours will be required to pay 100% of the appointment fee.
Any cancellations within 48 hours will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee.
Any no shows will incur a 100% charge of missed appointment by charging the card provided to secure your appointment.
Any amendments needed to be made to your appointment can be done via your confirmation email, unless within the 48 hour period.
